Complete solution for staffing agency from Recruitment, job posting, profile creation, hiring candidates, employee details, assigning to campus, track working hours. Its an end to end solution built for hirer and agencies.

My Contribution​

Role: UX Specialist (single-billed resource)

  • My role was to revamp the entire process in collaboration with stakeholders from FLEC DHL, London.

  • I was actively involved in all phases of discovery, ideation, testing, and implementation, ensuring alignment with stakeholder objectives and technical feasibility.

  • The process was thoroughly documented, including detailed user flows, process flows, stakeholder meeting notes, status updates, and feedback.

  • This documentation captured the entire journey, key findings, and the rationale behind design decisions. The product development was executed by HCL Technologies in Noida, India, achieving significant milestones in usability and functionality.

Initial Release

Originally conceived to support hiring from the UK and EEA talent pool, FLEC has since evolved into a versatile staffing solution catering to a wide range of industries. It now supports roles such as warehouse workers, movers, packers, logistics staff, store managers, warehouse supervisors, and even pilots.

Later Release

FLEC is a comprehensive staffing solution designed for Hirers and Agencies to streamline the entire recruitment process. It enables users to post jobs, receive applications, conduct interviews, hire candidates, and manage work deployment.

The platform consists of three key components:

  1. HR Portal – For job posting and candidate management.

  2. Worker App – Used by workers to access job opportunities and manage assignments.

  3. Resourcing Portal – Facilitates resource allocation and workforce management.

Task Analysis & Process Flow

User journey mapping and task analysis for various user types, processes, tasks, and stages to gain a comprehensive understanding of their interactions and needs. This included an in-depth analysis of the product, identifying its limitations, and deriving actionable insights to improve usability and overall user experience

Task Stages, States & Status

Documentation of task analysis covering stages, statuses, states, and various steps involved in the application's progression. Each aspect necessary for task completion was meticulously detailed and cross-verified with the development team to ensure alignment with technological updates and possibilities.

Design System

Recruitment App

  • A mobile app that helps user[worker] to find a job and get employed for his available skill.

  • The application helps in fulfilling all the requirement that are part of the employment procedure including Interviews, ID verification, reference check and getting employed.

  • After employed helps user to know his shifts, task, avail holidays/leaves and get notification for various events.

  • The applicant gets notification in any changes made before applying the job and later when he becomes employee. Depending on the context the applicant gets notification from creating profile, applying for job, interviews, assignation to sites, tasks shift and so on.

  • The App profile will help save multiple profiles depending on what the applicant needs for various jobs and coult selectively use which should be hish public profile and which he would like to keep when necessary.

  • A web platform to post jobs, create & receive application for job, conduct interviews [First, face to face, onsite, group], shortlist candidate, collect candidates information and assign to campus.

  • Calendar to schedule and conduct interviews for different interviews is available for the user.

  • A one point contact solution for hiring candidates in different location of UK & EEA having work permit to work in UK.

  • Successful condidates become employee and are assigned to various sites depending on the applicants preference.

  • Any thing related to employee from the profile, ID documents verfication, reference verification, employment track history, interview and employee notes reside here in the employee details section.

Resourcing Portal

  • To manage the complete day to day activities of resource’s as required by the hirer and agency •

  • Request for worker and Interact with workers for their task, shift, location, working hours based on customer’s need.

  • Create and update the employee profiles with all the data regarding the ID documents, references, rating of the employee and task that he could perform.

  • Manage the attendence from the roster, create shift for all applicants, assign task depending on the things to get done for the hirer based on emergency.

  • Create and generate deployment sheet for all the shifts based on the site and task.
